Emacs Ctrl+Space not working on Big Sur

I recently upgraded to Big Sur and realized that set-mark was no longer working. After doing some digging I realized that OSX convienently decided to enable some short cuts for me. If you’d like to use Ctrl+Space within emacs disable these settings:
